Before  making a reservation, you must confirm that you understand and agree that Pawsitive Energy®, LLC, will make every reasonable effort to ensure  your dog's/s' health & safety during her/his/their stay with us, Pawsitive Energy®, LLC, cannot be held responsible for illness, injuries, or loss resulting from normal interaction in a group or kennel setting.

In the event that your dog/s must be taken to a veterinarian for treatment of illness or injury during her/his/their stay, you will be responsible for any & all veterinary fees up to the amount you have preapproved for emergency veterinary care. & that you understand that Pawsitive Energy®, LLC, will generally use either a local veterinarian, Medvet, or OSU for treatment.

You must agree that any veterinarian we choose may treat your dog/s, doing whatever is medically necessary to administer treatment/s or care for your dog/s, whether treatment is medical or surgical, up to your preapproved emergency amount.

You will take responsibility for making any decisions for treatment beyond the preapproved amount. If you have not provided a preapproved emergency amount, and you are unable to be contacted in a timely manner, you will have authorized Lori or Lowell Price, owners of Pawsitive Energy®, LLC, to use their best judgment regarding your dog's/s' care, and that you will be responsible for any and all charges relating to that care.

You further agree that you will not hold Lori Price, Lowell Price, and/or any attending veterinarian in any way responsible or liable for any decision that may be made in such a situation.

You acknowledge that the treating veterinarian will use all reasonable precaution against injury to, escape, or death of your dog/s, and you agree that your will not hold her/him liable or responsible in any manner whatsoever and under any circumstances relating to the care, treatment, or safekeeping of your dog/s, or otherwise in connection therewith, as it is thoroughly understood that you assume all risks associated with such medical treatment.

There is a place on the Information Form where you can confirm your agreement with the Pawsitive Energy®, LLC, consent & abandoned dog policies. We cannot board your dog without consent to both this and our abandoned dog policy.
